Cool down and revitalise - the perfect end to a sauna session
A deliberate cool-down phase is important after the sauna - take at least as much time as you did for the sauna session itself. Start with a cool shower to gently cool down your body.
Subsequent immersion in the plunge pool provides intensive refreshment and stabilises your circulation. The cold stimulus stimulates blood circulation, strengthens the immune system and gives you the famous freshness kick.
