with vouchers from the Karlsruher Bäder
Vouchers from the Karlsruhe pools are always the right choice, as the voucher can be redeemed for many different things:
- Admission to all Karlsruhe pools (single admission, season tickets, multiple tickets, etc.)
- Catering (in the Europabad, Fächerbad and Therme Vierordtbad)
- Spa treatments in the EuropaSpa
- Online tickets such as event tickets or the admission guarantee
The vouchers can be purchased in the respective pools on site or in the Karlsruher Bäder web shop and are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase until the end of the year. There is no guarantee of admission if the capacity limit of a pool is reached.
Questions about the vouchers
Give away an event ticket
Depending on availability, the event ticket can be purchased online and printed out as a gift. If there are currently no tickets available for the desired event series, a voucher in the amount of the event price can also be given as a gift, which can then be used to purchase the event ticket if available.
You can check whether tickets are already available for an event and how many tickets are still available in the web shop under Events.
Give the gift of a massage/cosmetic or wellness treatment
Appointments in our EuropaSpa can be booked directly in our webshop. You can also do this in advance for the recipient and enter the recipient's name when booking the treatment.
If you do not yet want to book a massage appointment for the recipient in the EuropaSpa, you can alternatively give a voucher for the value of the treatment as a gift.

Redeem voucher in the webshop
Vouchers can be redeemed for all items in the webshop (except vouchers and bathing passes). To do this, select the desired items and click on "Continue to payment". The same applies to bookings of massages/cosmetic treatments for the EuropaSpa. Select the desired treatment and click on "Continue to payment".
You will then find a field for the voucher number in the shopping basket under the order summary (24-digit number on the voucher PDF or under the barcode). Please enter the voucher number in the field. The value of the voucher will now be offset against the total amount. The BadePass cannot be topped up/payed for with a voucher in the webshop, this can only be done on site at the cash desks.
Redeem feel-good package voucher
The old vouchers for the wellbeing packages (Wellbeing Premium, Wellbeing Platinum, Day of Balance, Enjoy the Day, Two Hearts and Two Hearts Premium) can be redeemed as normal until the expiry date. As (most) well-being packages include a treatment in the EuropaSpa, an appointment must be made in advance at service@ka-baeder.de. You will receive all further information by e-mail.
The vouchers for the wellness packages can only be redeemed as a whole.
