In Hatha Yoga in the Room of Silence in the sauna area of the Europabad, we emphasise correct execution. Both beginners and advanced practitioners can take part. The so-called asanas (as the physical exercises are called) are performed standing, kneeling and lying on the back. The classic exercises are practised and familiarised with, which primarily strengthen and tone the back. Relaxing breathing exercises and various specific yoga breathing techniques improve our well-being and round off the yoga session. Participation in a session costs €3.00. Tickets can be booked via the webshop or at the cash desk.
- Yoga takes place on Fridays from 11.00 am to 11.40 am, from November to March
- Meeting point is in the Room of Silence.
- Yoga mats are available.
- Please wear light clothing for yoga.
- The event ticket does not include entry to the sauna; this must be paid separately per person at the ticket office on the day of the event.
