Family, work, hobbies and household chores - in the stress of everyday life, there is often too little time for relaxation and friends. The Europabad Karlsruhe offers the ideal opportunity for mums, friends, sisters, partners etc. to relax and chat together.
A section of the Karelian sauna village is cordoned off exclusively for the event from 11 am to 3 pm. The girls' round therefore offers a protected, personal setting for women and is therefore also a good opportunity for anyone who would like to get to know the sauna.
The event starts with a healthy and hearty breakfast in the Vihta catering area. Afterwards, participants can look forward to hourly wellness infusions in the ritual sauna reserved especially for women. A trained sauna master will supervise the relaxation day and share tips and tricks on the topics of sauna, wellness and health. The girls' round also offers a wealth of treatments, all of which are carried out using purely natural ingredients. This means that every treatment can be replicated at home - for wellness in your own bathroom.
The fragrant infusions, which use only essential oils, are a particular highlight. The aromas of these oils help to relax and revitalise both body and mind. Each infusion is also accompanied by a special incense unit that is carefully coordinated with the infusion. This ritual-like smoking intensifies the experience and helps to harmonise the senses.
After the end of the event, the ladies can use the entire sauna and experience area of the Europabad Karlsruhe until 8.30 pm.
