Group rate - from 20 people

(only for clubs, schools, organisations or travel groups - not for private groups)

As a registered group, you benefit from a discounted group rate. This is made up as follows:

Based on the regular adventure pool admission prices
One adult is free for every 10 reduced-price visitors (under 18 years) (only for clubs, schools, organisations or travel groups - not for private groups)
Depending on the amount of turnover, an additional group discount is deducted (cannot be combined with other promotions, e.g. Happy Monday or family ticket):
- from €100 turnover: 5% discount
- from € 200 turnover: 10 % discount
- from € 650 turnover: 15 % discount

Important notes

Registration is possible up to 3 working days before the visit (minimum number of participants: 20 people).
Excluded: Christmas holidays in Baden-Württemberg! No group bookings will be accepted for this period.
Changes to group bookings:
- Change in the number of participants: You do not need to inform us of a change in the number of participants. You only pay the admission fees for the people who actually turn up.
- No-shows: You can cancel a group registration free of charge up to 3 days before the visit by sending a short reply to the confirmation you received by e-mail. We will charge a cancellation fee if the group does not show up without an excuse. See the conditions in your confirmation e-mail.
- Prices are subject to change. The prices valid at the time of the visit apply.
Group bookings can only be made online via this page.
Payment is made on site (cash, EC, VISA or MasterCard).

This is how group registration works

Fill in the registration form below. Registration is only possible online.
In a few days you will receive a confirmation by e-mail with the exact calculation of the group rate and further information about the visit. If the desired date is already fully booked, cancellation is also possible. The calculation may vary in the event of price adjustments. The prices on the day of the visit always apply.
On the day of the visit, you will report to the ticket office with the confirmation (1 person only). This is where you tell them the final number of participants and make the payment. The rest of the group waits outside the pool.

Chip loss

It must be explicitly pointed out that a loss fee of 30 euros will be charged if the chip wristband is lost. Therefore, please always carry the chip wristband with you.

Sauna use

The group rate only applies to the adventure area. The sauna surcharge can be booked on the chip wristband at the turnstile to the sauna area, payment is made when leaving the pool.

Opening hours of the water slides

Please note the opening hours of some attractions during the week outside school holidays and public holidays in Karlsruhe.

Travelling by coach

Travelling by coach? We can help you find suitable parking spaces:

On the site in front of the Europabad Karlsruhe, which has space for approx. 3 coaches. Please ring the bell at the barrier in front of the adventure pool.
By paying a parking fee, it is possible to park the coach in the managed parking lanes A-D, directly in front of the Europabad Karlsruhe.
In the city centre at the bus parking lane behind the Staatstheater on Kriegsstraße, from Ettlinger-Tor-Platz in the direction of Mendelssohnplatz.

Procedure on site

To ensure a quick and smooth entry, the group first waits outside the Europabad Karlsruhe. A group supervisor enters the pool, pays the admission price for the entire group at the cash desk and receives the chip wristbands in return.

Once inside the pool, everyone can use their chip wristband to enter the water park via the turnstile and consume drinks and food or use the solariums without cash. Payment is made at the cash desk when leaving the pool.
