Please note:
- Bookings are possible for 5 children or more (including the birthday child).
- The children's birthday packages can be booked for children up to and including the age of 14.
- On Saturdays, the latest time for a table reservation is 2 pm.
- No bookings are possible on Sundays, public holidays and bridge days or during the Karlsruhe school holidays.
- Cancellation or rescheduling of the booked children's birthday party is possible up to five days before the children's birthday party.
- In the event of late cancellation, you are entitled to 100% of the booked children's birthday party.

FAQs about the birthday party
How many people can I book a package for?
A birthday package can be booked for a total of five children or more, including the birthday child.
How long is the birthday table reserved for?
When booking a children's birthday party, the table is reserved for your party for 1.5 hours.
Do I have to or can I pre-book tickets for my party with you?
No. Because when you book a children's birthday party with us, you will always receive an admission ticket for you and your friends at the ticket office and thus guaranteed entry.
Do you have a special birthday programme with entertainment etc.?
Unfortunately not. For safety reasons and due to the enormous responsibility involved, we are unfortunately unable to offer special care for you and your friends, but mum and dad will certainly keep you busy too.
Is there a discount on admission?
When booking a children's birthday party, the birthday child receives free admission to the pool on the day of booking. There are no further discounts.
Does the birthday child have free admission?
Yes, birthday children up to the age of 17 receive free admission on the day of their birthday (on presentation of proof, e.g. ID). They also receive free admission when booking a children's birthday party on the day of the children's birthday party.
Can I book a birthday table with you?
Of course. You can reserve a table for you and your friends with our caterer. You can choose your favourite package from our great children's birthday offers and receive a colourfully laid birthday table with lots of surprises. Please complete our online booking form. On the day of your birthday party, your mum or dad should let us know at the beginning of your stay exactly what time you would like to eat.
Can we eat a birthday cake?
Yes, you are welcome to enjoy a slice of cake or muffins with your friends at your birthday table. Unfortunately, your birthday table cannot be reserved for the whole day. Please understand that others may also want to celebrate their birthday.
