Admission is paid on site at the ticket office. You can choose between 2-hour, 4-hour or daily rates. There is a surcharge of €1.00 for every half hour or part thereof - up to a maximum of the daily rate. A distinction is made between adult, concessionary and "children under 1 metre" rates, all information can be found under "Opening times and prices". During the week from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays, public holidays and bridging days) the regular rates are reduced by €4.00 (except for "children under 1 m").

At weekends, public holidays, bridge days and during school holidays, the Europabad Karlsruhe can expect an increased number of visitors. During these periods, there may be longer waiting times at the entrance or a temporary admission stop.

To ensure that your visit gets off to a relaxed start and that you can get into the pool even if admission is temporarily cancelled, Europabad offers various options for an admission guarantee or fast track entry:

• Booking the admission guarantee
  With the pre-booked "admission guarantee" for €3.00 per person, admission takes place within a fixed time slot via a separate fast track. The number of bookings available is limited. After completing the online booking, you will receive one ticket per person with a QR code.
• Admission guarantee through additional offers
  Admission is already included when booking certain additional offers - in these cases, it is not necessary to purchase the admission guarantee. These include, among others:
  • Booking a lounger island (admission guarantee for up to 5 people)
  • Booking a spa offer
  • Booking of events
  • Use of the BadePass Plus or BadePass Premium
  • Booking a children's birthday package

After purchasing admission at the cash desk, you will receive a chip wristband. This allows you to lock your locker and conveniently "book" additional services such as catering, spa treatments in the EuropaSpa or solarium. These services and additional payments must be paid at the cash desk or at the check-out machine when you leave. Please note: Adults are subject to a charge limit of €60.00, while concessions are subject to a charge limit of €25.00. If this limit is exceeded, the amount must be paid at the cash desk or machine and the limit will be reset.

• Sauna area: The sauna area can be used by paying the sauna tariff. This can be paid directly at the cash desk or the sauna surcharge can be added to the chip wristband when passing through the turnstile into the sauna area. A standard price applies for the sauna tariff for adults and concessions. Use of the sauna area is strictly textile-free. Please only enter the sauna catering area wearing a bathrobe or towel.
• Adventure area: Here you may only swim and splash around in swimwear. Children who cannot swim must wear water wings.
• Please note: The adventure and sauna area may not be entered in street clothes.
