Our treatments support the skin's own processes, protect against external influences and promote inner balance. They make your skin glow - because true beauty is revealed when you feel good in your skin.

- Only come to the treatment with unpainted nails.
- We only treat healthy feet. No treatment is possible for diabetes, haemophilia, nail or foot fungus and warts.

FAQ - Frequently asked questions about booking
Do I have to book the admission guarantee?
No. When you book a spa treatment in the EuropaSpa, you can also enter the spa without guaranteed admission. You have the same conditions with the booking and can use the fast track access.
From what age can treatments be booked?
Massages and pedicure treatments can be used from a minimum age of 16 years, cosmetic and facial treatments from a minimum age of 12 years.
Minor customers under the age of 18 may only utilise the respective service if the respective minimum age has been reached and
- a person with parental authority is also present during the treatment or
- written consent from a parent or legal guardian is submitted before the start of the treatment using the form provided by us.
The completed and signed form can be sent by email to service@ka-baeder.de up to 24 hours before the appointment or printed out and brought to the appointment.

Can I cancel a booked appointment?
If you are unable to keep your appointment, please let us know in good time by sending an e-mail to service@ka-baeder.de. Appointments can be postponed free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment.
What do I need to bear in mind for a facial treatment?
Please come without make-up so that the care can work optimally. Do you wear contact lenses? Please remove them before treatment.
Can I also come from outside without being a bathing or sauna guest?
External guests welcome: Our EuropaSpa is open to everyone - external guests are also welcome to relax with us. Please report to the Info&Shop in the entrance area of the Europabad approx. 15 minutes before your appointment.
Will my time rate in the Europabad continue during the treatment?
Don't worry! If you visit the Europabad as a sauna or bathing guest, you will receive a time credit for the duration of your visit.
Do I have to appear dry for treatment?
Yes, please come to the treatment dry. Please remove any wet swimwear before the treatment. In the EuropaSpa there are facilities for covering up.
When do I have to turn up for the appointment?
In order to fully enjoy your booked appointment, we ask you to arrive 10 minutes before the start of your treatment. In this way we can guarantee you a relaxed feel-good experience. Please understand that if you arrive late , the treatment time cannot be extended or added to the end of your appointment - the treatment will end as planned to ensure that subsequent guests can continue their treatment.
Can I book several applications?
That's no problem! You can easily combine several treatments online in one booking process. Simply "Add to basket" the desired treatment on the desired date. This way you can put together your own personalised wellness package.
How do I book an application?
Book your feel-good moments for your wellness stay at the EuropaSpa conveniently online in the web shop around the clock in advance. The treatment is only considered a binding booking once payment has been completed. You will receive the booking confirmation by e-mail after successful payment.
Would you like to book on site? This is also possible as long as free appointments are available. Then book your appointment either in the Info&Shop (open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.) or at the booking terminals in the sauna area or in the experience area.
